The Atlantic Investment Hub (TAIH) is a network to help discover opportunities. TAIH connects investors, capital providers, institutions and other entities around capital and investment opportunities, on both sides of the Atlantic.

 

The company / project / venture seeking funds / capital / investment ("Company")  registers its profile and accepts these terms and conditions because it recognizes TAIH acts as a searcher / finder / connector for investors, capital providers and other entities related.

 

TAIH work is based in quality and successful connections, not volume. Investor and Company identities are confidential.

 

Registration of the Company profile into TAIH´s platform is free. 

 

The Company only pays per confirmed meeting with an investor, capital provider or funding institution. 

 

IMPORTANT: Meetings are requested by the capital provider side, not by the capital seeking side (companies / projects / ventures). In this way, we guarantee that investors, capital providers or funding institutions only meet with Companies that are interesting for them, so when you meet them we know that they are really interested in your profile because it fits with their investment thesis. 

 

In recognition of this work, the company agrees to pay a management fee of 220€ + VAT per connection/meeting. If the meeting is not satisfactory for the company, we will reimburse the management fee of the meeting.

 

TAIH, through its searchers/finders, as an option to increase efficiency, can perform active searches for the Company, to connect with investors and capital providers. If the Company wants to enter into an agreement of an active search service with TAIH, we can enter a service agreement with each Company individually, with a model of a reduced management fee + success fee. If the company needs further support, we are engaged with investment bankers that can provide full assistance.

 

The finders representing the TAIH act as a "finder/searcher" and its sole function is to connect the parties and does not perform, nor do any action related to financial professionals such as brokers, traders, bankers, lawyers or financial advisors, and they shall not do, cause to have done, or participate in any of the activities performed by the mentioned professionals.
