The Atlantic Investment Hub (TAIH) is a network to help discover opportunities. TAIH connects investors, capital providers, institutions and other entities around capital and investment opportunities, on both sides of the Atlantic.

 

The company / project / venture seeking funds / capital / investment ("Company")  registers its profile and accepts these terms and conditions because it recognizes TAIH acts as a searcher / finder / connector for investors, capital providers and other entities related.

 

TAIH work is based in quality and successful connections, not volume. Investor and Company identities are confidential.

 

The Atlantic Investment Hub only acts as passive or active searcher / finder, depending on the type of membership agreement.

 

The investor, capital provider or other entity that wants to become a member of TAIH, should pay its fees yearly or monthly in the amount established in the pricing of the membership. Prices are published in its website and the membership is for at least 6 months.

 

The investor or capital provider that accepts the terms and conditions of TAIH agrees to pay, in case of success, a 0.8% finders success fee to the finder. In the case that the success is produced by an active search agreed with the investor or capital provider, this accepts to pay a finders success fee of 1.8% to the finder.

 

Finder representing the TAIH acts as a finder and its sole function is to connect the parties, and does not perform, nor do any action related to financial professionals such as brokers, traders, bankers, lawyers or financial advisors, and they shall not do, cause to have done, or participate in any of the activities performed by the mentioned professionals. 

 

TAIH has agreements with Investment bankers and Brokers that can provide the full services when dealing with investments and financial transactions.
